This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The personal data collected on this website is stored on IONOS servers. IONOS acts as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR; a corresponding data processing agreement has been concluded. 4. Contact form / waiting list
When you use our contact or waiting-list form, the data you enter (name, email address, interest, message) is collected and stored in order to process your enquiry. Providing an email address is necessary so that we can respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and your express consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The data entered is used solely to process your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us an email to info@fernblickhöckendorf.de.
5. Google Maps
We use Google Maps on our website to display maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Maps is only used after your express consent.
